Below are terms and conditions for items sold by Tifosi.com.vn. Please take some time to read these Terms and Conditions before ordering any Products from the Site. By ordering any of our Products/ Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. ELIGIBILITY
To place an order on Tifosi site you must be over eighteen (18) years of age. If you are under eighteen (18), you may place an order only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
You are not required to have domestic or international payment card when shopping online at Tifosi.com.vn; you can transfer money via our banking accounts after confirming orders.
After registering your email at Tifosi.com.vn, you might sometimes receive our e-newsletters; you can cancel subscription of our emails by select 'unsubscribe' in the footer of each email.

TERMS OF SALE
Registration and Purchasing
To register at Tifosi.com.vn, you must submit email and password as required. A verification email will be sent to your email later.
However, in order to place an order, you do not need to have an account on the site, but you need to submit your basic information including name, phone number and address of delivery. After this you will receive an Order Confirmation on the site and via email which will act as an acknowledgement of your Order.
An order shall be delivered only after confirmed successful payment.
Refusal of Orders
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Site at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Site. We will make our best efforts to always process all orders but there may be exceptional circumstances wherein, we may be unable to fulfill an Order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion. And you are allowed to cancel any of your orders if they haven't been shipped; refunds will be sent to you at your accounts within 30 days.
Prices
We make best efforts to ensure all the products' information including price, details, and description are accurate. If we discover any error related to products you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as posible to inform you about this and give you the option of reconfirming your orders; you will receive a full refund within 30 days.
TAXES: Products' prices include 10% VAT.
Promotional code: You may use promotional code while making payment on the site. Only 1 promotional code can be applied at a time. Details of promotions will depend on each type.
